I stumbled across Pummelvision this week and I’m taken by the no frills, lo tech like interface and a simple proposition – your photos (from a range of hosting platforms including flickr and facebook) sped through, to the sound of one (yes, choice of one) track. The tweaking options may change in time but it could then become a PowerPoint-like nightmare. I like the quick and dirty, restricted choice.. it means you focus on the subject or narrative (if one has been devised) of the ‘slideshow’ and the images therein.
